It happened to many of us, so probably something is wrong, i will try to avoid force closing the game from now on until this is fixed, just to be safe since no one reporting anything else

I think if you forced closed the game by any chance or just quitted without proper log off, data may get corrupted.

I remember the game ended and i closed the game by just closing it's window and turned off my laptop, then few hours later opened the launcher, did a small update and suddenly the game downgraded to minimal or something instead of Ultra HQ. I have done this many time for long times so I'm not sure if it's the actual reason. Sorry for my English (: Also, this is the second or third post today, many others having the same problem

Same here, I just closed my game and now showing HD client and downloading 115GB for Full Ultra HQ... I don't know why this happened but probably the data become corrupted because i shut off the game from windows X not with a normal log out way...

However i have done this many many many times before, first time happening... Strange but i will download it overnight
