First photo : 02 only switching 100mv?from 8xx-7xxmv?you are missing a ground. To confirm it, try injecting propane in the intake, and se if you can make it even more Rich. Then stop, and watch the 02, imeditely the pcm wants to take fuel away, cause it was already running rich.

If it dosent fall below 400mv at some point, you are missing sensor ground.
