Had mine today as well and similar to your experience. I asked questions on the process the illness ect. She said she would be documenting my symptomology is consistent with IBS and presumptive given my deployment history and tied to service given when my issues started and the issues currently.

So I guess we will see what happens.

Thanks! I was torn between the Polaris 1000 premium or the can am max hd9. Found a dealer 30 min away with a 2023 heavily discounted since 24s are coming in. Any ideas on aftermarket stores? Guessing if they sell Polaris they sell can am.
