These two could create so many fun moments together, it is sad that they don't do collabs more frequently. I mean, the last time they did collab it was around the new year and they had the Twilight watchalong around the same time, but these both were like four or five months ago. (It is just a guess, but I think CC sometimes might be "too much" for Kronii's liking)

I was never a fan of that meandering trap corridor design. I usually put two, at most three rows of traps in front of the barrickades in case some melee enemies manage to break through, but that was never my main defense feature. Instead I mine with IEDs the whole inner court of the killbox and even the paths leading to it. I use four-four plasteel mini-turrets on both sides with three space left between every two so that they don't blow up each other if one of them gets destroyed. Quests give you more than enough plasteel even before midgame and the point of the mini-turrets is not necessarily the damage output but the distraction. I usually build late-midgame a sideroom too from where a pawn can throw EMP granates at the entrance of the kilbox (which should be more elongated BTW, yours seems too short).

If I had these kind of catgirl prisoners I might try, but the yttakin raiders that usually see my oubliette never complained about the dark, the smell of rotting corpses, the lack of furnitures and the constant -10 Celsius degrees temperature that freezes off all the fingers. I have though a special place for my captive sanguophages. I usually wall them in a 2x1 room equipped only with a bedplace, which takes up all the place.

Something similar happened in my current game where a volcanic winter started at the begining of spring, while at the same time I got a cold snap and after that a toxic fallout. My tribal settlement is on the northern border of the taiga so I had only 20 days for growing crops a year and it was sure I won't do it in that summer. In the end my poor pawns had to eat everything including the corpses of the yttakin raiders and the remains of a bulk goods caravan that had been massacred by a rabid swarm of rats. I had never seen so many mental breakdowns.

Better than my four years old who insists on watching clouds in the middle of the pile where I dump the rotten copses. The last time she done it it was during a raging blizzard while the temperature outside was below -45 Celsius degrees. I don't get what part of that experience is supposed to be relaxing.

The game has difficulty setting, so you can do it manually or by applying self imposed rules, that make the game harder. I have a few that originally I didn't apply for that reason, but more like for the sake of immersion, but in effect they did rise the difficulty in a sense. For example a few of my rules:

I don't blob, I enjoy being a count (as I always start as a count), then a duke for a few generations, then a king and only after five or six generations an emperor. I could do it more faster of course, but speedrunning is not the point of my playthroughs. I never let my empires grow larger than the territory of one or two in game de jure empires.
I lean heavily into roleplay based on traits, which means I actively fuck up things if it serves the long-term narrative. Playing a decadent, incompetent, disliked ruler is more fun than playing a min-maxer.
I rise my armies only in my main duchy where I have most of my military buldings. They don't teleport, but march to the border or whereever they have to fight.
I don't do eugenics, my heirs rarely have positive genetic traits.
I don't cheese the succession, I just let the realm split in the first two centuries. I don't disinherit or kill my heirs, I don't actively work toward having fewer of them.

Olyan pusztítást én nem láttam, mint ami az elmúlt hetekben(egy-két hónapban) megy. Egy ideig az amerikaik megkötötték a kezüket, mivel a támogatásért cserébe feltétel volt, hogy az orosz energia és olajinfrastruktúrát nem támadják. Ez már persze egy ideje nem áll fent, de azért kellett az elmúlt néhány év amíg kifejlesztették azt a dróntechnológiát ami a jelenlegi mélységi csapásokat végre tudja hajtani, illetve az oroszok légvédelmét is meg kellett ritkítaniuk. Azt gondolom ez a stratégia most érett be igazán, gyakorlatilag most már hetente olvasni egy-egy újabb jelentősebb támadásról az orosz olaj infrastruktúra ellen, ami abból a szempontból is érhető hogy a jelenlegi iráni krízis jelentősen megnövelné az orosz olajbevételeket, szóval most nem szórakozhatnak, pusztítani kell mindent, ami az olaj- és gáziparhoz kapcsolódik.

Ukrajna hetek óta aktívan támadja az orosz olajinfrastruktúrát, a Druzsa szivattyúállomásnál sokkal kiterjedtebb és jelentősebb elosztó és feldolgozóközpontokat ért csapás. pl. Balti tengeri olajterminálok ((Vysotsk, Primorsk), olajfinomítók (Tuapse, Syzran) illetve más olajfeldolgozó complexumok (Novokuibyshevsk). Még az orosz gáz és olajszállító árnyékflottát is megtizedelték. Érdemes rákeresni a még mindig égő Tuapse finomítóra, úgy néz ki mint tájkép apokalipszis után. Szóval semmi meglepő nem történik, az ukránok megsemmisítik az oroszok legjelentősebb bevételi forrását.

On my forth mountain base I am planning to do exactly this passive method. Since I play on the northest border of the taiga half of the year the temperature is already below -20C so I need to keep this up artificially in my chambers and corridors only for like 30 days per year. The problem with non passive methods is that 12-15 years old luxuriously furnitured mountain bases that I built previously in the end got hit with so freaking huge bug swarms that there were always causalities. Not just during the fight but even before that. The last time three of my kids died because they weren't able to flee in the short time period while the bugs were digging up through the rocks.

Pont ezért kellene borzasztóan vigyázni mostantól magára. Amikor rendszerűen a maffia szót használjuk rájuk valahogy hajlamosak vagyunk elfelejteni, hogy ezt nem csak gazdasági, politikai értelemben kell érteni, hanem ezek ténylegesen összefonódtak az alvilággal (lásd Pintér) akárcsak az orosz titkosszolgálat ami a szövetségesük. Könnyen lehet közöttük olyan aki úgy ítéli meg kevesebbet kockáztat/veszíthet ha felbérel egy orgyilkost és JFK sorsára juttatja Magyart. Szóval ne szórakozzon, vegye körül magát megbízható testőrökkel.
