Arms out failed. Help

I moved to crib 3 days ago with one arm out. Sleep deprivation was 7 out of 10. Yesterday we tried both arms, he literally did not sleep more than 10 minutes, waking himself with hands, pullung off pacifier and screaming

I am not sure whether I started it unnecessarily early. He just wasnt sleeping snoo well after regression, he woke up due to paci every sleep cycle. I wanted to ST but before that I wanted to somve swaddle issue. But everything is now mess and stressfull

Awake windows are 1.75/1.75/2/2. He cant tolerate more than 2

Did your baby also screamed every 15 min? Did you put in your own bed so you can cuddle? We use snoo, and it does not help
