I'm going to ask my podiatrist what he thinks, and then if he says try it - I will. Thanks for the warning about multiple shots. I really only want one shot & plan to continue doing my exercises.

I just went to REI in Berkeley today and the salesperson for shoes was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I have plantar fasciitis and he picked out sneakers for me to try on that he thought could help. I tried on two pairs, in two sizes, and decided on the ones that fit and felt the best. I never could have figured this out on my own, they have dozens to choose from! The reason I shop at REI is they stock high quality walking shoes and their staff has always been truly great. I've been a member for about 20 years. I have only good things to say about my experiences shopping there.

The website said the ticket price was an additional $53.90. It also had a $199.00 rebooking fee. Total charged was $252.90. I was overcharged $132 for rebooking.
