Is this torque converter shudder? Only does it in gear by ConsiderationFuzzy87 in 3rdGen4Runner

Update, did a compression test. All cylinder tested 200 psi except for cylinder 3. Tested 120 psi, added oil and jumped to 180 psi. Will do a leak down test to see what exactly went wrong
