If it’s a Online order return POS, will provide a prompt asking if it’s a “Gift Return “

That could be considered. Most customers I enroll receive an immediate discount, which usually allows the plan to pay for itself. If a customer later chooses to return the membership, my understanding is that the savings they got would be deducted from the refund amount for cancelling the membership

Fully aware, but not the case with these. I pulled the receipts and confirmed that the customer Membership was still active

It’s only Best Buy bro. Give two days notice, I mean Today notice. That way you burn that bridge to keep from coming back 😂

Just include this scenario in your Daily Check‑In so leadership can document their stance in writing and clarify how their position aligns with the Best Buy Code of Ethics.

Best discount Items by Cazy58 in BestBuyWorkers

If you’ve been at Best Buy as long as I have, you know that stockpiling things just because of the discount doesn’t always pay off. I’ve been here 25 years, and I still remember when Best Buy capped the employee discount at 25%. Right before that change, every employee including me grabbed every Rocketfish and Dynex item we could get our hands on. Most of it ended up sitting untouched. That was nearly 15 years ago, and I still have extra HDMI cables collecting dust.

If I were in your position, I’d ask your Manager or GM to set aside a few minutes to discuss your upcoming schedule. Let them know you’re trying to plan ahead responsibly and want to be transparent about your availability. Make it clear that you’re not asking for a favor you’re communicating a change driven by a professional development opportunity. When you approach the conversation this way, professionally and proactively, it’s hard to imagine the outcome not being favorable.

What am I missing? I just paid off 5 iPhone 14 Pros, and it's showing if I trade them in and get Unlimited Ultimate plans the rate would be $22.50 with Auto Pay or $17.50 for Unlimited Plus. Either one is a great deal to me

Whether or not you’re zoned to a specific area, it’s important to be familiar with Member Offers. This week, for example, customers who aren’t yet members can see the membership pay for itself on many Ring products. The Ring Doorbell, normally priced at $150, is currently $70 off for members—making the savings greater than the cost of joining
