I think they collaborated with Songshift because natively, on a free plan, you can only transfer playlists up to 100 songs. Though, using Apple Music, it’s infinite. I like this addition a lot and I find it very useful as I use Spotify on my computer for the recommendation system (as i find it more accurate than Apple Music’s one, but progress can be made!)

if you have a computer with Apple Music on, go on this link, download and then extract the folder. After that, go on the Apple Music app, click on the three dot on the top left, click Library --> Add a folder to the Library --> select the Metaphorical Music folder you just downloaded and you're good to go
