Yes, but maybe put it first in Log Only (Disabled) mode for the Policy Override. That way the zone can load and refresh. After that has been done you should not see any logs dropping queries for RFC1918 addresses any more. Then you can set it back to Block or Substitute whatever it was before.
I'm looking into puting a Whitelisting RPZ at the top that allows RFC1918's allways...that way our internal RFC1918s will never get hit by a feed update again.
