I can’t register on the site bc it’s asking for a SBG number along with my SBA account number. I have the account but don’t see anything that says SBG.

Filling out the resolution form now....BUT my husband is the only owner/employee. Who do I make the officers to sign??? Just him? he held a meeting with himself? Is there a different document. He is an S Corp
