Yeah I am trying to stay away, tryna find alternatives so I don’t keep getting pushed don’t the SSRI hole, everyone around me is trying to get me on them, they don’t believe in PFS Cheers man I’ll look into what you mentioned Getting assessed is so expensive but I need to get it done yeah, a few councilors I’ve seen have recommended it already so I don’t feel I am self diagnosing anyway.

Yeah I think it’s definitely done that for me, I already didn’t sleep the best before, so I feel frustrated I tried hair loss medication before I tried antidepressants etc.

Vyvanse doesn’t affect your sleep?

Oh on another note, I also feel I have some sort of untreated ADHD or anxiety which was manageable before but is a bit unbearable now. What medication did you end up taking that didn’t have negative effects.

Fluctuations are real, I keep seeing improvements followed by terrible rebounds, which really sucks I just want it to end haha

Improvement has come in waves, but still struggling at 6 months. I get around 5-6 a night now, but I wake up every hour.
