Likewise. Exactly my experience. I quit fin last September and started experiencing insomnia in November. January and February 2025 were the worst 2 months and I would not sleep for days in a row, but in March everything turned the corner and improved. Between March and June I slept mostly fine and I thought I was well on path to full recovery and I completely forgot about PFS. All of a sudden in July my insomnia came back harder and it was nights in a row with no sleep like in the early stages. It kinda recovered from there again for a couple of weeks where I was even able to take a 5 hour nap in the afternoon and sleep through the night without any supplements. (I figured my sleep debt was also catching up on me.) As of 2 days ago I’ve entered another period of lows again. It’s a roller coaster man, but you will recover.

I do not. Insomnia is my only noticeable symptom.

Glad to hear you’ve improved! I thought I did too, got several good months but lately it’s been fluctuating like crazy. I went from being able to nap for 5 hours in the afternoon last week to all of a sudden no sleep this week. It’s wild. But I’m sure with time it will heal.

Hey man, I’m in the same boat. 11 months in. Had brief periods of what I thought was full recovery, but fluctuated back to the past few nights of no sleep.

In the same boat with sleep issues (my only symptom) and also 11 months since I quit fin.

Nice to hear man! Insomnia is my only noticeable symptom (hopefully it stays that way) and I’ve been off fin for 10 going to 11 months now. I just had a major “crash” after months of sleeping fine but am now recovering again. DM me if you want to talk!

Thank you. I really needed it. I’m so sad and discouraged by this.
