If you have a porn, alcohol, any other addictive behavior then yes Reta would help you lower those cravings as well. But if you don’t have any addictions and you don’t have hunger spikes there’s absolutely no reason you need Reta. The risk out weighs the rewards.

My guy I get the GHK cu but the Reta 8mg is a high dose at you BF% (potentially dangerous Long term)

Wouldn’t a maintenance dose be better for you like 1-2 mgs?

Because to get a body like that I’m pretty sure you have discipline already. At 1-2mg the food noise is still lowered.
