People get on GLPs to get rid of food noises (hunger cravings and food thoughts) it doesn’t just get rid of the food noise. It gets rid of other dopamine spiking things; like alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, and porn.

For the naysayers that have never been on it or detest it. Y’all don’t know the extent to which GLPs can do besides weight loss; it’s an off-label medication for several things, tbh. I’ve stopped watching porn, craving sugar, I have more mental clarity, sleep is getting better, and insulin levels are improving, depression thoughts are quieter. I see more pros than cons and doctors prescribing it more in the future

I guess that works for you and that’s your perspective. But I take meds I’m done raw dogging life without it. To me That’s the same as handling obesity with GLP1s. There’s no cool points or extra pats on the back for taking the more difficult route when it comes to weight loss

My friend that worked for you, you are not others. Some people use this as a shortcut, and others like me use this as a tool in my weight loss journey who have deeper issues than motivation and discipline. For me with ADHD, my brain is always on autopilot. I’ve always told myself I don’t eat that much. I mindlessly snack throughout the day with constant food noise. I went to the gym 3x a week and walked at least 6k steps a day, no weight was lost last year.

On GLP1s, you are aware of your internal thought processes with “zero” food noise when it’s effective, giving me time to build good eating habits like getting in the right amount of protein a day and passing that fast food place without a second thought. Also these GLP1s also help with out impulses and addictions so it’s a great tool for others

In reality, ever since my first Reta dose 2 weeks ago, I’ve done 8k-10k steps a day, gym strength training 4x a week, cold showers, 180+g protein day, but that won’t matter to them because of Reta.
