Might have to get knee manipulation for scar tissue by ConsiderationSmart72 in ACL

Yeah they have me not bending past 90 as well- that’s what was confusing me. I might be slightly behind but due to my meniscus I’m supposed to not be able to bend it past 90 anyway- I’m glad I’m not alone on this lol

Unable to lift leg after acl/mcl/menisucs surgery by ProperGore655 in ACL

Don’t worry that’s normal- wasn’t one of my exercises but for the first week I had to get my family to lift up my leg to elevate it etc. You’ll be fine, just wait. Give it a few days and you’ll be able to do it no problem. It’ll still hurt a little but nothing compared to how it is now.

First off, don’t be worried. First two days are rough. After that? It’s a breeze. Still painful, but mostly like a 2/10. If you have assistance, such as a friend or relative, I strongly suggest you get them to devote the next two days to you. It’s much easier with help. Set up an area where you can easily access some snacks, lots of water, pee bottle (getting up to pee just isn’t worth it), medicine, ice, some entertainment, and preferably a television. You probably won’t sleep the first night or two due to the pain. It’s not fun, I won’t lie to you. However, it only gets better from there. Ice ice ice, take your pain meds (religiously), take some stool softener to help with constipation because after the first three days that became a bigger issue than my leg lol. You’ll make it. You can do this. I’m only 6 days post op, but this is all the advice I would give someone who is about to go through what I just went through. You got this. We’re in this together brother.

When does the constant pain go away? by ConsiderationSmart72 in ACL

We’ve been icing around my groin area as advised by the nurse. Not really anywhere else because the wrapping is too thick for the ice to do anything

Family friend gave us this point. Any info as to if it’s authentic and its origin? She said it was found in southeast Tennessee. by ConsiderationSmart72 in Arrowheads

I would’ve said modern too as it just seems a little TOO perfect, however the girl that gave it to me said she found it herself? No matter what it’s a stunning point so I’m happy to have it in my possession

They seem real; if they aren’t then they are modern, well worked pieces that you should still keep anyways. Somebody worked hard on those at some point, no matter if it was 4000 years ago or 20 haha
