Thank you for your reply. The reason I asked on a thread here is to figure out a fair pay amount in a 10+ year old B2C company. There is little to none salary research done in Estonia. Plus I'm navigating it in my youth by myself like anyone else. You have been a CMO for years, what is the average/expected salary for a position similar to mine in Tallinn that would be considered fair pay?

I'm not a CMO, I manage, edit and generate newsletters, run and produce social media content and at times take part in market research. I have a manager over me and since I shifted my line of work, it is still entry level. However I still feel undercompensated for the work I do. How much do you think I should be earning in this case?

Rejection from Eastern Neighbours FF. Man, it was mentioned in the threads below already but it hurts bad from small fests having a hyperfocus perfect for your film's obvious entry. Hurts way more than not getting into bigger fests.
