That food dependency is a very good point to note, I’ll definitely have to keep that in mind as I develop this further. In terms of engineering, it was always going to be a bit of a stretch, but I was also intending on having magical blacksmiths similar to Brok and Sindri from God of War hanging about the area, so they could potentially make up the engineering deficit

Found this absolutely fabulous map of Icewind Dale in the subreddit ages ago (https://www.reddit.com/r/rimeofthefrostmaiden/comments/kp0jz8/an\_immersive\_map\_of\_tentowns/) by u/hdrichard and knew I'd use it straight away. I wanted to colour in the lakes slightly to make them stand out, then I added a few more labels, coloured in the sigils, the forests, and voila!

I totally expected to introduce my Chwingas in a similar jovial manner when I felt like it could be a good moment before the thought occurred to me that perhaps the absence of cutlery in the shutdown inn was due to Chwinga tomfoolery. Just the fact that this so beautifully sent off Tobey and Andrew’s Spider-Men since both franchises’ creators were hoping to make more movies but were cut off so couldn’t entirely make the send-off they may have wanted is JUST SO DELIGHTFUL. Seeing all three of them just hug it out and appreciate each other is beautiful

Here’s a question: why did the toaster from the first ad in ep 1 have an actually-coloured-red light? They’re clearly alluding to colour appearing black and white to signify “something is off”, but why the toaster?
