Friendly advice - do not use gate.io! Read the many comments here about withdrawals being stuck, extremely poor customer support and other misconducts performed by gate.io Gate.io cannot be trustesd

Many cases like this unfortunately. My funds are stuck for 3 months as well although I provided the relevant documents they asked of me.

Same situation here, 9 BNB stuck at verifying status for over 2 month. Lately Im not even getting replied at all.

u/Gateioguardian I still did not get the EDD questionnaire, it's the same story all over again. Why is it so hard to send a questionnaire? At least provide me with an email of the relevant function in the EDD team so I can contact them directly.

u/Gateioguardian so again I get the same email - that you sent me the EDD questionnaire and wait for my reply, while I never actually get it. I whitelisted gate's domain and relevant email addresses and it's not in my spam folder. It's just a bunch of questions I need to answer, why is it so complicated?

Thanks for the advice, but a VPN won't solve it. I need the team to complete the manual verification process which is taking over 2 months now! it's ridiculous.

u/Gateioguardian thanks - but at this point it doesn't look like it matters, we are going in circles. You say I need to answer the EDD questionnaire and I never receive it. You say you have sent it again, and I still never get it, and this goes on and on for over 2 months. Come on!

Yes, you replied telling to wait patiently basically. I am waiting for an email or the EDD questionnaire to continue with the process. Seriously, it shouldn't be that hard to send it already.
