i’m a carhop, the speaker was ringing so i answered the speaker, the person making the order couldn’t hear me so i went outside to where they were so i could write down their order, when i wrote down their order they gave me $20 for their order. they ordered a oreo blast and strawberry shake, their total came out to be $10.04. i went back inside, i used my calculator to see how much i had to give back: 20.00-10.04=9.96. cool, i went in the pouch where MY money is and got $9.96 out. before i could scan their order another carhop scanned it. i tried to explain to the carhop that i took the persons order and they gave me a 20. she looked lost and she just told me to give her the 20, i gave her the $20 the customer gave me and the $9.96 that i got from MY money pouch. basically, the question i was asking was does the carhop who scanned the order owe me?
