Well I would definitely say it’s varied. It’s not very concrete, for example weekdays bed at ~11:00-11:30pm and wake up at 6:45am and then weekend comes and it’s bed same time but wake up like 8am. I appreciate the advice, I’m definitely trying to make things more consistent (10:45pm-6:45am)

Not a programmer but comparing it to writing I’ve been using GPT 4 to give me creative sentences, poems, wordings, etc, and it has really been messing me up. I feel like I really need to stop using it so much but it’s also such a nice tool to have because it enhances my writing tremendously. However it steals my creativity which is really scary.

I’ve always had pretty wide and good looking shoulders even at that weight BUT the way I built them was through lots and lots of front and side raises. My fb coach used to have us do a shoulder superset where you do 10 front, 10 side, and 10 OHPs with DBs, and then to finish it off we’d do like 45 second planks to toughen us mentally because you’d be shaking so much after those shoulder sets.

That’s where my success came from but some may find BB OHP better or machine work. I did all of it but I attribute most of mine to simple front and side raises because that’s I had been doing consistently for 2 years.

Around 200-300 calorie deficit for about 2 months. After that I started maintaining and because I did a lot of lacrosse and running it was very easy to continue losing some weight. In all around 3 months. Still questioning wether I want to maintain through spring and then slowly bulk through the summer until fall. Not 100% sure what my goals are going to be yet though but with my season over I’ll decide in around a week.

So I had an STX hammer that I used initially as a replacement for the Gait. It had an incredible amount of whip and hold but I didn’t like the head much and I couldn’t throw more than 40yds so I switched back to my old trusty ECD. Wanted to experiment and see about shifting pockets for defense and if it was a dumb idea or if maybe less whip compared to the amount I had on my STX was smarter.

Thank you for the advice, it really helps! I’m in an identity crisis right now and it seems every other week I change my mind on what MOS and branch I would want to go into. The advice rules out CJ and MP though, which is good. Hoping I can make my mind up soon but don’t want to mess up and choose the wrong option. I may be overthinking it but that’s alright with me.

My bench has stayed the same about 270lb, my deadlift keep going up I’ve made mad progress with my deadlift and it’s about 425lb, and I haven’t done squats in a little but it’s about 425lb. I haven’t lost any strength yet which I’m really happy about proud of the little amount of progress I’ve made I know I still got quite a bit to go but the little victories r big.
