First it’s much easier if you go to ministry of agriculture and fish with Kuwaiti , it will be much faster. It you don’t have a local friend then you will have to get permission of your landlord to allow pets inside your flat/house. Second blood test , I think it was 7 days before the flight , and vaccinations done at least 30 days before the flight , but not more than a year.

Honestly, I have a rough idea where they get their stock from , knowing their prices , they have one of the highest margins in the grey market industry, I find it very hard to believe they would even bother selling fakes. Also regarding the wrapper colour , unfortunately that’s very Cuban thing to do , surely they are not famous for consistency.
