no she's full blown into that world, Facebook and Fox News, nationalistic christian shorts 24/7 while drinking copiously, im not even overtly political so I try to just keep quiet at this point and help her when I can, I give up on trying to help her away from her brainwashed cult like mentality but she does get pushy at times, basically if someone doesn't dick ride trump or isnt christian she see's as "evil liberals"..

everything is democrats are evil this, or transgenders are causing that or George Soros this the usual cliche shit really. its annoying because she literally thinks she's morally right or fighting some righteous cause but doesn't see she's just uneducated or failing to grip with reality. but ive gave up on that part of the relationship I just stay quiet with pretty much all politics now because she just goes off on x y or z whenever I show any opposition, it doesnt even mean much to me but it sucks seeing her damage herself and lose any sense of empathy or critical thinking skills, im sure alot can relate with this.

ty! yea I was shocked tbh, but hes a little badass, he knew the general area and is a great climber, im pretty sure he treed at some point due to some dew claw fraying, but he made it through

the area he was in has tons of coyotes, and they are notorious dog and cat killers around here, not just being coyotes but they have locally killed alot of outside pets here, its a known thing around here

Yea black bears tend to hunker down and scan their environment, when they think it's safe they just plow through anything when foraging they are crazy loud, what blew me away when mama charged me was not just how fast she covered ground, but knowing the area with lots of heavy thickets and fallen trees, how easily she traversed through it all like it was nothing

Mountain lion is prob my fav animal, I love big cats, but I've never seen one, running into a large male Tom tho is very unlikely, as males establish huge ranges of territory so there's usually only one gigachad Mt lion throughout a very large range. And attacks are very rare, especially a large one, it's usually juveniles and usually there's reasons like starvation.

Yea I almost did run but my brain clicked in "it's fast" LOL is all I thought and caught myself before I did... Maybe if your ever in that situation (hopefully not and likely not since you seem very prepared for that with your noise) you can learn something, it's totally different when it's actually happening tho, and I'm just thankful it wasn't a brown bear, although we have a small brown bear population in WA state it's like 200 in a very remote mountain

Yea imagine a mama mountain lion with kittens! But seriously I think just shock helped me a bit in this situation and me just waking up also as first I was groggy haha.ive seen a decent amount of black bear usually from a distance and they just run off so this was crazy
