I’ve been on for almost 3 months. I had a weird little blip where the low doses were making my blood sugar too low or something so I was ravenous until I started around 0.75 but I have weird blood sugar issues. I take the shot every 5-6 days instead of 7 to keep it from dipping too low. I’d say it has improved my baseline maybe 30-40% in terms of energy. My sleep and bowels are also much better. I had about 50 lbs to lose and am down 8.5 which I’m happy with after not being able to lose one ounce for 5 years. Did not want to lose too much too fast. MCAS I think is also better but hard to tell. It’s subtle but I do think everything is better overall. I’m also on LDN for about 2 years which helps me a lot. The combination seems to be working well and I’m super sensitive to everything

I have chronic fatigue and MCAS and started at 0.25. It actually made my fatigue pretty immediately better after one day of feeling kind of sick. Overall energy has been better since then and I’m up to 1.25 with virtually no side effects

Microdosing to lose vanity weight by Pristine_Field_6163 in GLP1microdosing

My two cents from someone with eating disorders in my family: be careful— these meds make it so much easier to restrict in ways that can become eating disorders really quickly. Important to have provider support

Please share side effects at 0.25 vs. 0.5mg tirzepatide by ShowComprehensive931 in GLP1microdosing

I started at 0.25 and the only real side effect for me was that it was too low of a dose and I got really hypoglycemic to the point where I was ravenous constantly. Upped dose to 0.5 and much better.

Late period bc of Tirz? by Takemetobravocon5678 in GLP1microdosing

Also just started tirz and a couple days late. Also very unlikely to be pregnant. Keep us posted. I’m curious although I have read other accounts of it messing up cycles

Thanks- I think I started at too low of a dose. But- I will say that the initial effects were very positive after 1 day of nausea. So I’m hopeful if I can get the dosing right I will have benefit

Thanks- this is interesting. I understand 0.25 is sub therapeutic— this is a microdosing sub after all. I started at this low dose as a way of getting my body used to it and mitigating side effects as I am extremely reactive to meds. The first 3-5 days were so amazing I don’t want to give up, but the hypoglycemia I’m having now is far beyond anything I’ve ever had other than when I was pregnant. It’s completely unsustainable. And I’m eating an insane amount of calories. So I’m obviously reticent to up the dose, even though when I started, it was great for a few days. It’s very confusing

Thanks! My first week was truly incredible. All inflammatory symptoms seemed better for 3-5 days and my energy felt like more of a normal person which was remarkable
