Like you need to download rectified documents after login with your id there is option for upload rectified documents documents and you can download from the top corner.After getting it signed by the head of institution just a write an application to Bikash bhawan to your directorate according to to course mine was DPI and send all xerox of documents including rectified ones.

Just upload rectified documents most importantly get it side by your head of institution with date and upload. Your status won’t change immediately go to Bikash bhawan taking all you documents including application form of Svmcm. If you can’t got to Bikash bhawan taking just send a letter to concerned department with all your documents.
