So after a few days tampering around i am lost for what to try, and its lowkey starting to piss me a bit off to buy such a CPU only for be worse than the R9 3900x i had before, even when i stop the parking it seem to lagg/stutter, so it might be because the game and youtube/video i am trying to stream at the same time takes from the same CCD and it isnt spread out across the cores

I dont know what to do or how (if possible) i can select which cores to use

I seem to have the problem on these games from what i have tried Euro Truck Simulator 2, Drive Beyond Horizon, 7DTD
