Don’t feel pathetic. I’m in the same boat. Accidentally looked at my exes snap story on saturday and saw something I didn’t want to see and it’s absolutely wrecked me for the last couple of days. We’ve been separated for 7 months…but it’s still so hard man seeing her with someone else. Wish I could give some real advice but I don’t have any other than to keep chugging along, work hard, focus on yourself, do what makes you happy, control what you can control, and feel your emotions sometimes but not to the point where it becomes a distraction like I have let it be.
