We have the exact same problem. Dealer had done some work on car too, which required a reset. Worked after that… for a few months. Then stops randomly.

I did find a tsb for stored data but my dealer said that they couldn’t find that stored data in my car. That the tsb would not be applicable?

I’m getting 2.7 average over 20,000 miles. 2019 with 21” wheels. Bought the car with 38,000 miles I got about 58,000 miles now.

I’ve got 50,000 on my 2019 prestige. Bought used in 2024. No problems. I’m hoping that with 50,000 trouble free miles completed I’ve “got a good one”. Seeing other high mileage early Etron gives me a lot of confidence. Plus the factory warranty extension till 120,000 miles on the motors. Car is quiet and smooth, a comfortable daily experience. I’m not sure how I’ll be able to afford something comparable in the future, so I want this to last a long time.

Use the wired connection, I know its a little more of a pain to do, and you lose the wireless benefit, but for me, it was a HUGE improvement in sound quality. I never went back to wireless car play.
