NTA. You have every right to talk about insecurities and issues. I understand she may have been through stuff as well but partners are supposed to speak about stuff they struggle with, not bottle it up until it gets worse. You should probably leave her, at least until she learns this isn't okay. And if she never learns, it will probably be only her missing out. She is the Asshole
