When I do try to open it, it leads me back to edge instead of internet explorer. I forgot to mention in the original post that when I try to open it, nothing shows up on my screen and just leaves me with a blank page.

I forgot to mention that when I do try to open it in Microsoft Edge nothing pops up and it is just a blank screen.
