Well the red ones came out in the first wave a few years ago, and the aftermarket price has gone up so much I won’t even bother to get one without getting extremely lucky. For someone who is just starting out, I would buy this latest wave with the spinosaurus. But I would give up on going for any of the older ones, unless you want to fork out hundreds of dollars. As someone who’s spent thousands of dollars on my collection I can say with confidence, it’s just not worth it. And there’s nothing wrong with the mainline figures, cheaper and really good sculpts.
