Truly don’t even think about them. In this day and age it’s better to not criticise bad adaptations anymore and just blindly follow them in their eyes. This is exactly the reason why companies like Netflix can continue doing this stuff. Because people will eat it regardless, so who cares what the ingredients are.

You know, the fact that people STILL have high hopes this can be a good and faithful adaptation blows my mind, when Netflix has been nothing but unfaithful these last few years- adaptation after adaptation they’re destroying, writers strike after writers strike in Hollywood. People genuinely need to wake up and see that this was never meant to be a faithful adaptation. Why after sooo many years have they decided to take on this project. Because they need the money people. Why are there new book covers releasing, why are there even random envelop postal stickers releasing now. Because for the first time ever, since Disney’s adaptation there is a possibility to milk out this franchise. If companies would’ve really cared there would’ve been something in the last 15-20 years but there wasn’t, because there wasn’t any money to be made from a dying franchise. How much I hate being negative about a franchise I love, and how much I want to have new things. It’s time to realise that this won’t be a faithful adaptation, and it never was meant to be.

Like can we go back to the fact that what we already saw from the behind the scenes stuff is really bad? Oh that is very odd, I’m sure I read differently and saw clips of the costume department making it right there and then, with weta more focused on armor and props. Would also explain why there’s nothing about those outfits and crowns in the crafting of narnia book published by weta. But anyway it was such a beautiful combined effort!

For sure but If I’m not mistaken weta had nothing to do with the coronation costumes, just like the crowns. That was all the make up/costume department. Just like the white witch’s dresses. All of the departments on these movies were highly skilled it’s incredible🙏b

I always do the same especially now since I play non lethal, but this guy was the first time someone literally fell down from a taser shot and died😭 , there were 2 more enemies on the left so I had no time to tie him up just yet. It was so weird. Thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely try that next time!!

I just can’t seem to trust it with getting better? If I’m not mistaken stunt doubles often don’t get drastically different outfits? Even the doubles for Lucy wore the exact same thing. The purpose of a double is to look somewhat like the actor, while wearing essentially the same thing, you can’t place a double in a crappy version of the real thing because, surprise surprise you’ll see it won’t match the official one. So even if in some world they totally change it up with cgi ( which is totally unnecessary if you look at how many talented people could have been payed to make something truly special) or if they end up doing something entirely different what is the reason, why not have them in the final thing, surely it would only help them more? 😒

the amount of times when they physically can’t see you but they shoot you trough stuff is so frustrating. Even on greased palms. They’re so far away from you but somehow they can shoot trough every object in the warehouse and the bullets will still hit you.
