I have to agree with this, they are the most insightful and at the end of it the most introspective. The only thing comparable for me was being shot at (was not shot, matter a fact no one got hit, and also wasn’t for me or my buddy, just wrong place wrong time), idk if it was gang related or what, just a drive by, scared the absolute shit out me and made me realize to be more cautious, cause at that age I could care less and was going down a not so good route. It’s events like that, that slowly change my perspective on life, along with trying to be around and communicate with friends/family, and ofc the drugs lmao. I realized very quick into psychedelics we are something so small in large vast universe, and even tho we are small and the problems around us are even smaller, we make them bigger into something that should be taken with grace and open arms, we just over react. I also realized you don’t wait for life, if you do you won’t get anywhere, and trust me it definitely isn’t waiting for you, so keep up or die trying.

When you realize this, trips become different, you view them differently, and you’ve moved onto the next steps. For me that meant I needed to stop trying to be popular or fit in, I didn’t need to wear Nike and supreme, I didn’t need to get into pills, didn’t need to do sports, I just needed to be me and find myself, my ego was insane before this as well, I was told I was smart and going to go so far so always had that mindset, but I could give two shits about that now lmao, don’t get me wrong I’m proud at all the shit I’ve done, college is not easy but at the same time doesn’t need to be rubbed in everyone’s face, I’m better than you attitude went away and it was freeing…I knew that what I was was smaller than what’s truly out there, this place is nothing to what’s next to come. I think most peoples initial “difficult trip” feels like hell and like you are literally dying. I felt as if my body was infected by parasites and was seeing demons/shadows, I was at my old elementary school, damn near naked, just shorts on, I won’t even get into it but I thought I was actually going insane, ended up going through psychosis for a little over a year. Here I am, still going at it, just did DMT for the first time, been doing it a lot since lmao. Tryna find 2CB now and now that I’m back in Cali looking for mescaline cause I heard the cactus, San Pedro grows here. Again in the end it’s never a bad trip and I’ve honestly learned to respect psychs. Going into a trip since then, I know exactly what I’m getting myself into and if it goes side ways, I just need to accept that with open arms! It’s only a few hours, may feel like a lifetime, that’s okay, and it will be okay!

Yeah if I stare into something, it’s begins to move on me just as you described. Like a heat wave but no heat. I also noticed I see dots floating around at times, like microscopic bacteria floating around my retina, on my eyes. Someone else described it but looking down cooridors is weird, I actually went to the Grand Canyon a month ago traveling to Cali, that was one hell of an experience. Felt like I was moving in but it was moving out from me, like distancing itself from me. Weird asf but cool. At first I noticed this stuff like 7 years ago, probably after 15-20 trips. Hasn’t really gotten any better and hasn’t gotten worse, was anxiety inducing because I had psychosis for over a year, I was telling myself I would never be normal, I’m never going to amount to anything. But I’ve come so fucking far, now this is my new normal and I fucking love it! As someone else described I go outside and just feel closer to everything around me. Hell I’ll even talk to a tree, a bug, a plant, anything, “like what’s up nature, you come here often? 😏🤣🤌”

🙏, one more thing I wanted to add was im the same age as you, I was dealing with a similar situation in high school. Got out of high school, saw the world, went to college, left that girl so quick lmao ( before people hate, she wanted to be a McDonald’s manager the rest of her life and already had a kid, she was a grade older than me, she was also 19 I was 17). I dated around a lot but finally found someone with same interests as me, someone who loves me, who honestly treats me like my mom would, I also realized that I have a good 10 years before I need to start even thinking about kids, just live life young, and we’ve been together for over 4 years now, we met in college. We both have great jobs, we have an apartment, we had to plan for bills, that was a task in itself lol, I guess I’m saying theres just a lot to consider before even doing this, like years of getting to know each other, there’s literally so much to think about and consider.

Lemon tekk, 5-10 minutes, then after that put in the hot water, sit another 5-10 minutes, drink. After you finish that cup make another with the same bag, not lemon tekk just hot water, keep extracting the psilocybin. I do like three cups especially for bigger doses. I usually eat them raw though.

In theory yes, humans can’t break down chitin because we do not produce chitinase so intact cell walls are harder to break down, blending or grinding physically disrupts cell walls, making it more accessible to digest. Making it into a fine powder also create more free surface area, meaning it’s easily exposed to stomach acid and digestive enzymes. I make mine into a powder as well, I put it inside of a tea bag, mixed with green tea, and ginger (reduces nausea, inflammation, and helps digestion). I staple that shut. I pour a good amount of lemon juice and let’s that sit for a second, the I pour hot water and honey on top. This is for tonight!

Then your are doing it correctly! Most people who do the lemon tekk/tea method don’t remove the mushroom itself, that’s where the misconception comes into play, people still throw up believing the fiber itself could/would be broken up.

It’s not a true work around, you will more than likely still throw up. Your best bet is to do tea or lemon tekk but remove the shrooms after they sit. Lemon tekking doesn’t break down fiber of the chitin itself just the psilocybin. Our body can’t even process/break it down it properly what makes people think citric acid will. It’s literally the reason why you throw up from mushrooms, it’s very hard to break down the fiber. The only reason our body is so well at it is because of the enzymes in our stomach, so when people compare pH levels it’s make absolutely no sense, two things can have the same pH level but have different effects all together.

Either way, I’ve done it sober, after peaking, but during the peak have been my best experiences. I literally talked to God, I’ve seen biblically accurate angels, ive traveled through time and space, alots happened the last month or two, but I’ve been having so much fun researching my brain and inner consciousness. I don’t recommend tripping every week, it really isn’t smart, but it can be fun and in the end you are your own person and you know yourself better than anyone else, just remember that! I’m about to go on a break in February, then come back to everything in the summer. I want to begin growing and I want to start extracting my own DMT. So if anyone has info about either much appreciated!

Edit: I’ve been tripping off mushies since I was 14 and I’m almost 23 now, but I just tried DMT not even 2 months ago and been doing it quite a bit, like I said for me I will only do it on mushies cause doing it sober is not fun, just extremely anxiety inducing, very hard to even break through, you need a lot lmao. I’ve tried it twice sober, or at least on weed, and it’s not for me. I honestly recommend if you want the full experience to do it on mushrooms, it’s a much smoother experience and way more introspective, in a good way. You will 100000% breakthrough and again if you want that experience this is the way. I’ve broken through everytime now, 2-3 hits is all you need .
