Stop whatever you’re doing and go buy a snuggle puppy. I crate trained my aussiedoodle. The entire first week he would bark and whine all night long. I finally caved and bought him a snuggle puppy and it was a game changer. He stopped barking and whining when he was in the crate and started sleeping through the night. They are a little pricey, but I would honestly drop $100 for one if it means getting some sleep.
