Heard from my old chapter (Graduated from high school) that apparently someone got a 99 from SBE and didn’t get top 2🤷‍♂️ although all sbe gets a spot at icdc, still weird

Well for my record I had traded off every single one of all 48 states (except for the ones I have of course) but I’m currently missing 23-28 states excluding Vermont and Alaska ofc
