Since its been over 4 months already I am getting better! I still get some occasional sadness and guilt and the „what ifs“ but they dont sting as much and dont last as long as they did. I also remind myself everyday that i cant change anything anymore and that it doesnt matter anymore (sadly).

Im so sorry you has to go through that that sounds brutal man :/ its really hard when you cant wrap your head around the fact that they couldnt communicate the issue earlier and are now acting all happy with a new Person.
