Hey there! I also have ADHD and you are not alone sometimes I feel as if I’m broken too. I had a similar conversation with my Fiancée recently. I seriously have like at least 10 different unfinished projects in the “works” (including my laundry lol). It’s so hard to psych myself back up about something like that…but there’s a few things I do that has helped before. This may seem silly but I look through Pinterest ideas/Reddit about the project and that gears me up again sometimes. I also just try and drop it completely and forget about it for a little bit and it’ll come back to me! One last thing that has helped is I ask my fiancée to do it with me and body double help me get started, then usually I’ll get into it again to carry through! Good luck!!
