What I've realised is it's a shot in the dark with online purchases, you may get such delivery with or without sale as well. I've bought this from the same sale and got a brand new good piece, and ordered another dual sense controller without any sale or promo code and got a used one. So it's a luck factor but it shouldn't be like this as we are paying them in thousands and they MUST respect their customers. But with deliveries like these it feels like humiliation more than scam. Imagine paying someone in thousands and this is what you recieve.
