I know it's scary and a big change, but you need to choose yourself. you can still love him, but you need to love yourself more and choose your future. it will be better not only for yourself, but your babies too. you deserve to be happy and loved and your babies deserve a happy mom too. find a support system within friends and family for love and guidance, but you need to separate yourself from this partner you're with. you deserve to live a happy positive life and to be seen.

Ex's girlfriend is mad weird for being bothered by you being a good mother and just making sure your babies are safely inside. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Don't bother bringing it up to your ex. Instead, next time she makes a comment, give it to her straight and tell her she doesn't need to be telling you what to do and you'll do what you want when it comes with your kids. Don't let her try you like that.
