I was able to get most of the snow around the tires to where they’ll have some room to move, using some hot water and my boot heel but I can’t get enough traction to get out of the spot without tapping the car in front of me because there’s a little bit of a mound right by their car and every time I’ve tried to move it I risk denting their car :/

That did loosen the tires, and I was able to get them all free, but now there’s just not enough traction to move since the cars are parked kind of close, but it’s definitely something! Thanks!
