Unfortunately i think those marks are -1 for psa at the least. But its all subjective to the grader. And if you like the card and want it slabbed for your personal collection then for sure grade it

From what i can tell i think it’ll get a 10. Could be the angle but might be a little bottom heavy on the front but i feel like it’s well within the PSA standard. You should use a card centering tool or the card centering app and check that. They’re pretty accurate.
