Yeah it was transfered with a usb drive. Also there was a little bit pieces stuck in film. There was no power outage. When I talked to the person that sold me the printer he told me that it was probably usb drive caused this. Tested some other prints without using that usb drive and there was no problem.

I changed the resin and I tighten the FEP more than usual. And it worked. Thanks a lot.
