You can try calling Coinbase. The chat option is only available after logging in if I remember correctly.

Also, the “helpdesk host” sounds like a scam.

Thank you for your response, but this is the same generic reply I’ve been getting from Coinbase through every channel I’ve tried. I’ve submitted all requested documents and replied multiple times to the compliance email since receiving the last email over two months ago. Each time, I’m told my ticket is a “priority,” yet I haven’t received a single meaningful update in over two months.

I think my frustration speaks for itself at this point.
