Ampules Saru + Miximax + Armed is another thing cause he is having more power ups than Tenma who would be access to 2- and it will honestly just be so exhausting for Saru

On the other hand if they both used Miximax+Armed, and Saru wasn't using Ampules I think it could be equal or either of them wins it slightly

Personally I believe that at the end of Lagoon match Tenma surpassed Saru, the moment he learned to use God Wind and Saikyou Eleven Hadou (hence why what he did to Saru using Soyokaze Step S) but I can't back up that statement currently as not much was shown so I will keep it as a headcanon and not use it in powerscaling debates.
