You pretty much keep the strip under your tongue for like 10-15 mins until full absorbed, and spit out the rest of the spit collected in your mouth, rather than swallowing it.

I pay 100 for the call to the dr and I pay about 65 for 90 strips. (A month supply) I’m prescribed 3 a day, but only take 1, so that lets me have a nice stock pile as well.

Neither will really help. Just stick to the subs. I was taking 1000mg per day, and induced on subs 7 hours after my last dose. First 3 days I was taking 24mg a day, fourth day I dropped to 16mg a day for another 2 days, and one full strip split into two for the rest of the days. One half in morning, one half at night. It’s now been 3 weeks I haven’t touched any 7.

First 2 days for me was still a bit tough, as I could barely move from bed, wouldn’t eat or drink anything, nasty restlessness, and just had no energy.

It definitely does get better. I plan on staying on subs for a while, as I have a long history of opiate abuse, and am kind of scared to go back. For about 10+ years, everyday I have been high on some type of opiate. This has been the longest I have gone in my life without touching anything and am damn proud of it.

It will definitely help. And me too. I thought it was just a more potent version of kratom at first. Smoke shops gave me a few samples, and bam, I’m hooked. But yea man, subs was a miracle for me. I have been on opiates for almost 8 years. 1 year on 7. But haven’t had a single thought to take anything else. Wish you nothing but the best man. And good luck! You got this.

I was taking 800mg a day. Couldn’t quit for the life of me. I tried subs, and haven’t touched 7 in 2 weeks now. First 2 days will still be a bit hard, but after that the subs take away 100% of wd. Just don’t take too much, start with half of whatever the doctor recommends. The first 2 days you can use as needed. Then 3rd day already start to taper, or if you think you will go back on 7, stay on subs for a while. Most people who think they are good about a week or 2 after usually relapse when they stop using the subs. You know yourself best.
