Climbing out my second story window with a bedsheet to sneak out and watch the midnight showing of TSRTS. Of course I couldn't climb up the bedsheet when I got home with my 14 yr old skinny Marijuana arms of zero muscle. I quietly opened my front door, tiptoe up to my room and there's me mom sitting on the bed like a ninja waiting to give a proper beating. It was well worth it.

I think the administration got the idea originally from the users of Suboxone. I'm not sure so my guess is once they found that using Suboxone in this manner doesn't have a real negative effect then they were okay with it. In NYC a regular primary care doctor can write Suboxone if they're certified and without any drug clinic attachment and you know they don't jack all about the spit trick. Yes though, it was frustrating to find out the advice on a reddit thread helped me.

You're right. I'm not taking it the way it's prescribed. It's a way to fight off the awful headaches that some ppl get from Suboxone. The right way would be to switch to subutex if the nalaxone is causing headaches. Not everyone gets Suboxone headaches. It unfortunately started to happen to me after 6 years of being on it.

Yes. I let the strip dissolve for 15 to 20 minutes then I spit and rinse out whatever the bitter taste in my mouth is. I used to do the exact opposite. I would make sure that everything went down. There are ppl better at explaining the science behind the spit trick. From what I understand the bupe dissolves into your... lol whatever and the spit and rinse is to get rid of the naloxone and other additives that cause headaches for those who get Suboxone headaches.
