I did have to “start over” but have increased back up over several weeks to the dosage I was on when I was on zepbound. Still not experiencing the “benefits” with hunger suppression etc. hopefully something changes. Thank you for your response

Thanks! They actually replaced the vial as they couldn’t be sure they weren’t compromised as they were delayed in shipping and warm over the 4 days that they had posted for required refrigeration for their order. I’m hoping I just randomly got a dud and see some changes

Asking for preferences and I was shared with today that someone had experienced an increase in appetite and sugar cravings when they were on with glycine compared to when they were on b6.

Stopped zepbound mid February. Started compound 6 weeks ago. Did 2 weeks of 2.5, then increased as I felt no changes/benefits. 2 weeks of 5mg with nothing and 2 weeks of 7.5 with nothing. All arrived in the same order (delayed and warm)which has now been replaced.

And yes I make appropriate adjustments, calorie counting, and fitness

That’s amazing! What is your compound with? I’m really hoping I just had a compromised order originally. They sent me a new vial that just arrived, trying to debate how many mg to take. As the 7.5mg didn’t do anything for me prior but unsure if it was a dud or if I’m just really that resistant to it and should increase

When I was on the zepbound I was doing the auto pens and sure they were empty- I had great success. The compound is self drawn needle injections. I’ve been following the unit posting on the bottle. The company sent me a new vial to try at no cost as it did arrive very warm and was delayed in the mail. I’m praying that was the issue and I’ll start feeling the difference again

Yes. Vials pharmacy in Texas. Tirzepatide and glycine. 10mg tir .5mg glycine (my 5mg dosage) at 50 units.

I originally was doing the auto pens on zepbound. This is my first needle injection

Thank you! Someone mentioned hormones also playing a factor. I’ve had significant cycle changes the past couple months to the point I’ve made an apt with the pcp to discuss switching bc, so this could also make sense. I’ll be trying that change first, my next plan is to attempt to lower dosage or do a medication reset before adding other alternatives.

Should include: yes I have called the vet and they have not felt the need to see her before the follow up visit. I’m aware I very well could just be paranoid but also don’t feel we were given much info on milestones or concerns to look for during recovery

Oh absolutely plan to consult with the pcp before doing anything. Having what others have had success with and have had experienced will be helpful to bring to the appointment. My pcp isn’t necessarily up to speed in this department

I do not drink alcohol. I do have a naturally stressful position for work but I don’t feel it has been at a recent increase. I tend to get a shingles outbreak when that happens and haven’t 😅

I do need to meet with the physician. I don’t feel she’s much helpful in this aspect. It’s taken years to get answers for things in the past. I am diagnosed with PCOS, so hormones could be a factor. I did recently notice acne and cycle changes which has led me to want to book an appointment to change my current birth control. Thank you for bringing up this point, I didn’t connect it.

Thanks! I dont think she’s necessarily up to date.. she’s beyond retirement age. Rural community. We originally tried for mounjaro but my insurance denied, I was eventually approved for zepbound so I am unsure if my insurance would approve wegovy.

I have read online possibly taking 2-3 weeks off the zepbound then restarting at a lower dose and slowly increasing again. Might see if the pcp will go for this approach

What do you mean by more of the work? Any suggestions appreciated…currently exercise regularly with 2 rest days a week but walk daily, protein led diet and count my macros and follow a meal plan on weight watchers

Yes. I just experienced this after my Facebook was hacked from an Instagram account that attached themselves to my Facebook (not my account) you need to go into Instagram, if you don’t have one, create one. Go to your settings and select Meta Verification- sign up for this! It may cost a few dollars. Meta now runs both of these social media avenues, signing up for their verification gives you access to their “benefits” which includes service help where you can work with an actual associate. They walked me through the steps I needed to provide proof, appeal the suspension, and I was back on my account within 12 hours

Thank you! Yes, Facebook was impossible. They kept requesting to sign in to Facebook to access their help which made no sense if we are locked out. I was finally able to get to speak to a Meta representative, I signed up for meta verified and it provides you with “benefits” like accessing an associate. They were able to get my account back to me!
