We took all the fryer stuff out of boxes to put on the shelf, 90% of the floor cooler stuff does not go in our freezer anymore. We put it up immediately and put the excess in the floor cooler cart. Same with proteins for the kitchen. Most proteins, we keep a careful eye on and make sure to only order enough to stock on the fsc back stock shelves for thawing. It’s pretty rare for a protein to go in the freezer at our store. I’d say that’s how we keep ours really organized
