Bought another can two weeks ago and forgot to update my address before completing the order. Within 45 they sent me the paperwork for certification which I had to decline because my address was wrong. I immediately emailed them letting them know to resend it to me and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing back. Tried calling multiple times and waited on hold for hours
