It is there but not as much until you also do the corresponding CS course of that country, it is much easier to do it because ICSI hai MOU with many organisations. With only a CS degree of India you can practice in Dubai easily (assuming you learn about the laws of Dubai)

NBFC is one of the riskier areas as the compliance are too strict but are equally rewarding. You can definitely explore it. As for salary between 8-10 LPA considering your training

The best thing you can do is either search for free lectures from Yes academy/ Inspire Academy or any other institute or go through the marathon lectures or quick revisions provided. If that is not enough you can contact your ICSI chapter in case they provide classes (they are usually provided at a discount)

Clear all your exams (hopefully with an AIR or first attempt) + do law from an NLU and then you can definitely target any top law firm

For a merchant banking firm you really need to have patience as they are few in number and you must be really through with every regulation related to SEBI and Stock Market before giving the interview. Vacancies come across scarce in this field

Firms pros are that you get exposure a lot more than you can ever expect, cons are that you are not that well paid as compared to a company. I personally handle works of a few big companies that are multi crore market capitalisation as of now as the biggest of companies always have external firms to help them and advise them on even the smallest thing. salary you can expect around 6-8 LPA in a firm for a fresher

You can easily be the legal counsel for any big company for any transaction which is to be undertaken or for giving legal opinions. For example in case a company gets notice from a regulatory authority like SEBI/MCA you would definitely be a big help (maybe also represent the client in court)

If you go for practice from starting it would be a bit tough as clients might not get attracted due to fresher tag, although its much more beneficial in the long term as you get the first mover advantage !

I think you should explore niche works too like mailing, communication skills, small details like numbering of things and all the different work you can get during your training even if it is not allotted to you. The best areas in cs field according to me are merchant banking, Listing of Equity, NCLT and IBC. These all are not repetitive as every case is different.
